Pizza night!!! Here's Frank the head chef keeping himself happy in his little haven...while his "sous chef", me, with minimum contribution to the food preparation, was busy snapping away pictures!
First things first, what's a pizza without it's base? So roll out the well-proofed dough....then, the mozarella cheese....i like to call them "nipple" cheese, you can see why...hahaha...then top it up with all the yummy ingredients like mushrooms, tomatoes, salami....

Pop it into the oven for 15-20 mins or until the cheese browns....then top it with lots of rocket for visual appeal and of course, it's healthy too! Haha...
There we have it! Yummy home-made pizza! Mmmm....and Frank is starting off another one with olives! Double yum! Bon appetit!

ok, you can roll out the dough and we will do the toppings! Haha...Frank is remindng you to stock up dry yeast in your larder! :p
